We will update this page on a regular basis with information that will be helpful for you as you navigate through the Tournament Season process.

Downloads:
1.   Tournament Team Paperwork Status spreadsheet - click here to see when your paperwork was processed and if your ref refunds have been received.

2.   Tournament Team Funds Tracking spreadsheet - click here to see how much money your team has given to the Region, what tournament fees have been submitted and how much you have left in your "account".  (If your "Net Remaining Funds" is less than $0, you need to submit more money to the Region to cover the tournaments that you have entered.)

3.   Team Accounting Template spreadsheet - track the amounts received from the players versus the amounts spent on tournaments using this spreadsheet.  At the end of the tournament season, this spreadsheet will give you the records that you need to give the team members refunds of any over-paid amounts.

4.   AYSO Game Card template (Excel) - tired of handwriting all of those game cards?  Just fill in the team information, player names and uniform numbers in this template and you can print directly onto the game cards.  You will probably need to adjust the margins for your printer, but it sure beats handwriting all of those cards.  Once you open the template, click "File / Save As" to save it as an Excel file on your computer, and then open it up in Excel to make the necessary changes.  We do not suggest filling in the bottom part of the card (the half-time and the final scores) before the game starts, as the referees do not take too kindly to that being there ;)
